The Enchanted Forest 2010 - Force of Nature

Friday 22 October – Sunday 7 November

This year’s theme, Force of Nature is the work of Scottish designers Simon Wilkinson (lighting) and Ronnie McConnell (sound). Their vision is to use the forest as a creative backdrop to depict some of nature’s most elemental forces: earth, wind, fire and water.

As usual the annual event takes place at Faskally Wood, offering visitors a unique opportunity to see the stunning woods lit up at night.

Derek Allan, chair of The Enchanted Forest 2010, said: “The event has been successfully run for eight years now and the community of Highland Perthshire is delighted to be taking over the mantle.

"We’ve worked with two of Scotland’s most exciting designers on this year’s show and we are confident it will deliver an experience that visitors will find sensational and engaging.”

The extremely popular event gives visitors the chance to explore the forest, making their way around a fully accessible paved walk.

And to make your visit even more interesting, Highland Perthshire Autumn Festival events take place in Pitlochry and surrounding areas ... fun for all the family!
