Adelighful working water mill, dating back to 1590s, where stoneground oatmeal and flours are milled and sold. One of the last eleven working watermills still operational in Scotland, the mill has a tea room and mill tours are available. View the mill and see how wheat and oats are stonegrinded in the traditional manner. The Tea Room is situated on the original kiln drying floor and really is like taking a step back in time.
